Refund Policy

Conditions for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Course description mismatch: If the content of the provided course significantly differs from the program stated on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Technical issues on our part: In case of critical technical problems on the phi-spark.org platform that make learning impossible and were not resolved by our team in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Cancellation during the "cooling-off period": If you decide to withdraw from the course within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that you have not yet accessed a significant volume of training materials (see the "Exceptions" section).

Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund procedure, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email and send it to our official address: [email protected].
  2. In the subject line, be sure to specify: "Refund Request".
  3. In the body of the email, provide full information: your first and last name, the email used for the purchase, and the exact name of the course.
  4. Clearly and in detail describe the reason for your request, referring to one of the points in the "Conditions for a Refund" section.
  5. After receiving the email, our support team will review your request and contact you to provide further instructions.

Refund Timeframes and Method

After your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. The funds will be returned using the same method used for payment (to the same bank card or account). Please note that the actual credit date may depend on the regulations of your bank or payment system.

Exceptions and Limitations

A refund cannot be issued if:

  • The request is submitted after the 14-day calendar period from the date of payment.
  • You have already studied or downloaded more than 50% of the course materials, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
  • The inability to complete the training is caused by technical problems on the user's side (e.g., unstable internet connection or incompatible software).
  • Other terms of the User Agreement were violated on your part.

Policy Changes

phi-spark.org reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are made signifies your agreement with the updated terms.
